Hi everyone,

My bike is running too rich at idle. On cool mornings, she won't idle at all, even after she's warmed up. It's fine through mid range and highway speeds. It is not as bad when it's hot outside. I have removed the spacer and jetted up two sizes. The plug is pretty sooty and dark. I don't want to change the mid and upper range performance that I have acheived with the modifications but I also need to be able idle at stoplights. I figure I have two options. One is to restore my jet size back to normal. The other is change to a hotter plug. Has anyone tried this? I would appreciate opinions on how to correct this. I will probably have to change jet size even though I don't want to. Ride safe.
